This recipe is one of the first ways I have been able to prepare kale that
my children delight in rather than endure.
- 1 bunch kale, rinsed, stems removed and chopped
- 1 tspn garlic, crushed
- ½ C onion, sliced
- ¼ C red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tspn McKay’s Chicken Style seasoning
- 1 ½ tspn nutritional yeast flakes
- ½ tspn olive oil
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine well.
- Cover until the kale wilts – approximately 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
