Cooking Class Saturday,
January 5th

For
all of my subscribers who live around Melbourne, Florida I wanted to
let you know that I will be holding a cooking class at Paradise Health
and Nutrition in Suntree on Saturday, January 5th
at 10 am. The cost of the class is only $10 and you can
register by calling Paradise at
321.242.6040. Paradise Health and Nutrition is located at 7777 North Wickham Road . I will be preparing Fajitas, Salsa,
Tofu Sour Cream and Chili along with teaching on meat
replacements. I will also have copies of my first cookbook
available for your purchasing pleasure! The cookbook will
also be
offered online by the end of this week - thanks to my webmaster and
husband!

Happy
New Year!
We hope all of you are enjoying this first day of the New Year as much
as we are. We gathered with dear friends and new friends last
night for a family celebration. Everyone had a wonderful time
playing, chatting, setting off fireworks and enjoying all that God has
placed in our lives over the last year. We stayed up and
toasted
the start of another year and then came home and fell into
bed.
Needless to say, the children slept very late and we just finished a
brunch of whole wheat waffles, strawberries and fresh squeezed orange
juice. What a great way to start the new year!
