Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, peeled and sliced thick
- ½ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 T cornstarch, dissolved in ¼ cup water
Preparation:
- Place prepared peaches in medium skillet or saucepan.
- Pour apple juice and brown sugar on top of peaches. Stir.
- Heat peaches over medium heat until the peaches begin to “give off” their juice and soften slightly.
- Add Cornstarch and water mixture to peaches. Lower heat and stir until sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
