We use this sauce as a base – then add seasonings or shredded “cheese” to it and use it as a “cheese sauce” over veggies.
Ingredients:
- 2 T Wondra flour – or any kind of white flour
- 1 C non-dairy milk
- 1-2 T Earth Balance
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
1. Melt Earth Balance in a small saucepan over medium heat
2. Stir together flour and milk. Add to melted Earth Balance.
3. Stir and heat until thickened, add salt and pepper to taste.
