Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Kale, stems removed
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup soy milk
- 2 T dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 T “chicken” style seasoning
Preparation:
- Cook and drain kale.
- Blend remaining ingredients in Vita-Mix or very strong blender, until very creamy. (The cashews should be thoroughly creamed, with no chunks left.)
- Thoroughly mix kale with blended sauce.
