Creamed Kale


  • 2 lbs Kale, stems removed
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 2 T dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 T “chicken” style seasoning


  1. Cook and drain kale.
  2. Blend remaining ingredients in Vita-Mix or very strong blender, until very creamy.  (The cashews should be thoroughly creamed, with no chunks left.)
  3. Thoroughly mix kale with blended sauce.
