Creamy Dill Dressing

This is an easy, super tasty dressing that we love on salads, vegetables and potatoes.


  • 1 package (12.3 ounces) firm silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process for 1 to 2 minutes, until completely smooth.

Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator, Creamy Dill Dressing will keep for up to 1 week.
