Easy Onion Dip


• 1 package soft tofu*
• 2 T lemon juice
• 2 tsp granulated evaporated cane juice
• 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 package dry onion soup mix


1. Place the tofu, lemon juice, evaporated cane juice, and soy sauce in a blender or Vita-Mix and blend until very smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and add the soup mix.
3. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
