Wow, what a summer delight! You can toss in some watermelon too if you have extra.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Honeydew chunks
- 1/2 cup Cantaloupe chunks
- 1 medium orange
- 1/2 medium peach, pitted
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 T ground flax seed or chia seeds (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in Vita-Mix or other high-speed blender and process until smooth.
