Here’s one of the healthiest snacks you’ll ever find. A friend shared this recipe with me and even my kids fight over it. It took me a time or two to get the crispness right, but it was well worth the effort.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 bunches of kale
- 1 T olive oil
- Sea salt
Preparation:
- Wash Kale, get off as much water as possible, cut off spine and cut into bite size pieces.
- Drizzle olive oil and rub your hands through the kale so the olive oil coats the kale.
- Sprinkle with salt (don’t overdo it)
- Spread out evenly on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 250°F for 35 min or until edges are a golden brown color, otherwise they will be soggy.
- Let it cool to room temperature before you put in an air tight container (if there’s any left) 🙂
