If you’re looking for a smoothie that’s a little on the tart side, you’re going o love this one! The grapes add some sweetness and you can add a little additional sweetener, if desired.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grapes (red, black or green)
- 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 T ground flaxseed or chia seed (optional)
- 1 T honey, sugar or maple syrup (optional)
- 3 cups of ice.
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in Vita-Mix or other high speed blender. Process until smooth.
