Ingredients:
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 16oz can pinto beans
- 1 10 oz package frozen lima beans
- 1 19oz can white kidney beans
- 1 T brown sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 c water
Preparation:
- Cook onion in small amount of water until it is translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomatoes with their liquid, pinto beans, lima beans, brown sugar, salt and water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until lima beans are tender, stirring occasionally and serve.
