Mango Banana Smoothie

Here is a healthy, sweet, low-fat treat that is sure to please!

Use for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach, kale, chard or other green (optional)


  1. Blend in Vitamix  and enjoy!
