Ingredients
- 1 19-oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained & mashed
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 T minced green onion
- 2 T grated carrot
- 2 T vegan mayonnaise or less to taste
- 2 T tamari
- 1 T lemon juice
Preparation:
- Mix the celery, onion and carrot into the mashed garbanzo beans.
- Stir together the mayonnaise, tamari, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the mashed beans and vegetables and mix well.
