We love these beans in quesadillas and burritos and they are so easy because there is no presoaking of the beans.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup dried kidney beans
- ½ C dried pinto beans
- ½ C dried white beans
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ tsp minced fresh garlic
- 4 Cups water
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground oregano
Preparation:
- Simply place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and set on high for 6-8 hours.
- When done, you have a great topping for potatoes or rice, or a great filling for tortillas or quesadillas.
