Wow! What a difference a few sprouts can make.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup soy milk, warmed
- 2 T oil
- 2 T molasses
- ¾ tspn salt
- 1 cup sprouted wheat berries
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 T vital wheat gluten
- 2 ¼ tspn yeast
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients by hand or in mixer with bread hook(s) for approximately 15 minutes.
- Place in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place, free of drafts.
- Let rise for approximately 1 hr, until the dough doubles in size.
- Punch down, knead lightly and form into loaf shape. Place in bread pan and cover. Let rise for approximately 45 minutes, until doubled in size again.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. (During the last 20 minutes, tent loosely with aluminum foil to prevent over browning.)
- Immediately remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
