Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 2-3 medium zucchini, quartered and sliced
- Seasoning blends of your choosing
Preparation
- Water sauté garlic and onions in large skillet or wok, until onion is soft.
- Add zucchini and stir until the zucchini begins to soften.
- Add seasoning blend of your choice. We like a lemon/herb mixture or Italian mixture.
