Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4-5 strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1T maple syrup or sugar
- 1-2T ground flax seeds or chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach (optional)
- 1-2 cups ice (depending on how thick you want it)
(if using frozen berries, use soy, almond or rice milk instead of ice)
