(aka Texas Caviar)
Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 – 16 oz bottle fat-free Italian dressing
- 10 scallions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Toss all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
