This is one of our favorite quick meals. Served along side mashed potatoes or brown rice and it feels like Sunday dinner at grandma’s house.
- 2 cups Soy Curls, rehydrated with boiling water
- 2 cups “beef” gravy
- Pour any remaining water off of Soy Curls.
- Pour gravy over soy curls in a medium sauce pan, and heat thoroughly over medium heat.
