One of my favorites – this provides lots of “good” fats…and it’s soooo easy!
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe avocado
- ¼ medium onion, minced
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Peel and mash the avocado.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, lime juice, and spices and stir gently.
- Place in tightly closed container (so that the avocado won’t turn brown)
