Chocolate Pudding


  • 1 ½ cups firm silken tofu, crumbled
  • ¼ to ½ cup dark brown sugar, cane sugar, or pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


1.     Place all ingredients in blender or food processor for several minutes, until smooth and creamy. Chill in refrigerator.
