Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups firm silken tofu, crumbled
- ¼ to ½ cup dark brown sugar, cane sugar, or pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor for several minutes, until smooth and creamy. Chill in refrigerator.
