For you peanut butter junkies, here’s a great frozen drink for summer…or anytime!
Ingredients:
- 2 Frozen bananas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (or PB2 – a low fat peanut butter)
- 1-2 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 Tsp sugar
- 1 C almond or soy milk
Preparation:
- Process in Vita-Mix or high speed blender – add ice as needed to make it thicker.
Variation – skip PB2, add instant coffee
