Peanut Butter Smoothie

For you peanut butter junkies, here’s a great frozen drink for summer…or anytime!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (or PB2 – a low fat peanut butter)
  • 1-2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 3 Tsp sugar
  • 1 C almond or soy milk

Preparation:

  1. Process in Vita-Mix or high speed blender – add ice as needed to make it thicker.

Variation – skip PB2, add instant coffee
