Soy Curls with Maple-Mustard Sauce

It doesn’t get much simpler than this, but it makes a delicious and different main or side dish.

  • 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 2 cups Soy Curls, re-hydrated
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat and serve.
