Nancy’s Thai Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 T smooth peanut butter
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2T soy sauce
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 clove garlic
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/8 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Blend thoroughly in Vita-Mix or blender and chill.
GREAT on salads, as a dip or sauce
