Ingredient:
- 1 pkg lite silken tofu
- 1 T lemon juice
- 3 T Ketchup
- 2 T sweet pickle relish
- 1 T minced parsley
- 1 T minced red onion
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Place the tofu and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth.
- Place in a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Chill at least 2 hours before using.
